   L - LOVE - The only LAW we always follow is Love Always Wins. We will offer grace, mercy, patience, wisdom, courage, acceptance, and support. We don't judge. We keep our word impeccable, we encourage and bless, not curse.

T - TRUTH WITHOUT A TWIST - We value Radical Transparency. Open Communication. Vulnerability is our superpower. We want to build a community that allows us to say the TRUTH without being afraid to be judged. We want to offer each other forgiveness and room to grow. WE VALUE and prioritize THE TRUTH incredibly high around here. The truth will set us FREE. We don't assume, we ask the hard questions instead!

U - UNOFFENDED - People will always either underestimate us or overestimate who we are. The first leads to emotional traumas and forces our hearts to close and the second triggers our ego, so we put on a mask to live up to the high expectations and opinions of others, we don't want to let go.  Being offended is our own choice and real freedom is if you don't allow the opinion of others to steal your peace, focus, or joy. We don't BLAME OTHERS OR THINGS OR EVENTS- We OWN our SH*T. We take responsibility and we are self-accountable.  

R - REAL - We are NOT pretenders. We don't give up, we do our best no matter who's watching. We don't complain - We DO THE WORK!

E- EMPOWERMENT -EXCUSES are WEAK we don't like them. We are all responsible to live the CORE VALUES and keep each other accountable and on track. Everyone will fall off the horse once in a while. The key is to get back up again as soon as possible. We can focus on emotions or progress, never both. The difference between the average people and the elite is the easy things. Great people commit to doing a few easy-to-do things daily and thanks to consistency and compound interest they build something substantial. The Easy things are easy to do and also easy NOT to do. That's why average people lose and great people win.
