IN THE EVENT THAT A MEMBER IS BEING DISRESPECTFUL OR DEMONSTRATES ANY TYPE OF PROFANITY TO ANY OF THE OTHER MEMBERS OF THE PROGRAM OR ANY OF THE FACILITATORS THEY WILL RECEIVE A VERBAL WARNING AND APOLOGIES WOULD BE EXPECTED, IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN A WRITTEN WARNING WILL BE ISSUED AND THIRD OFFENSE WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION FROM THE PROGRAM WITH NO REFUND

2. CERTIFICATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED OR INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM- SALES PEOPLE MUST SUCCESSFULLY PASS THE EXAM FOR EACH CERTIFICATE AND PAY FOR THE ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE AT THE TIME OF RECEIVING – THE PRICE FOR A CERTIFICATE IS $50

DATES FOR WEBINARS, CONFERENCE VIDEO CALLS, OR INDIVIDUAL MEETINGS COULD NOT BE CHANGED ONCE WHEN SCHEDULED.

EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE IN THE EVENT OF TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES PREVENTING VELKO ACADEMY TO PROVIDE SCHEDULED CONTENT OR MISS CONFERENCE VIDEO CALL.

4. THERE ARE NO MONEY REFUNDS- COMMITMENT TO FINISHING THE COURSE AND ACCOUNTABILITY ARE PART OF THE PROGRAM. EXCEPTIONS FOR ILLNESS ARE ACCEPTABLE, LOSS/CHANGE OF JOB OR EMPLOYER OR CAREER PATH ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE REASON FOR REFUND.

IF FOR SOME REASON YOU FEEL WHAT WAS PROMISED WAS NOT DELIVERED, YOU CAN EMAIL at [email protected] or send us A LETTER WITH YOUR REQUEST, EXPLAINING WHAT WENT WRONG. AFTER CAREFULLY INVESTIGATING AND REVIEWING WILL BE DECIDED WHETHER TO ISSUE A STORE CREDIT OR ENGAGE IN FURTHER DISPUTE.

5. CANCELING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION – SEND AN EMAIL to [email protected] WITH YOUR REQUEST 30 DAYS BEFORE DESIRED CANCELLATION DATE
