1. LION or LIONESS, NO SHEEP ALLOWED
In the wild the Lions MUST eat 20-25 lbs of meat to SURVIVE EVERY day. In order to be a member of this SYNDICATE you must be an ENTREPRENEUR, Self Employed, or to be working for 100% commission with $0 guaranteed upfront.
In order to really fit in this environment you would need to UNDERSTAND the members in the most natural way.
2. EVERYONE THRIVES
The main purpose of THE SYNDICATE is to offer support and to grow together. The networking aspect will be the most valuable part of the membership. You MUST be willing to GIVE a lot more than you get. We will be vulnerable, we will help each other we will go out of our way to do business with each other and to promote each other like raving fans and be our biggest cheerleaders so we can attract as many referrals as possible for everyone. If you're NOT ready to GIVE more than you GET, this is not the SYNDICATE for you. The true power lies within how much can you really GIVE.
3. We ARE ALL IN!
What that means is that we have to support ALL members of the group. RECIPROCITY has a magical power and we want to take full advantage of that.
