Phase 1 is required for all engagements.

• External candidate sourcing 

• Interviews and evaluations 

• Behavioral and role play assessments 

• Culture and commitment testing 

• Dream Team Boot Camp 

• Loyalty Center ™ ready team launch 

Phase 1 is not bundled into any option.
