I want to worship God. The best way for me to do this is by staying focus on Jesus and pass on my passion and gift from Him to my community.

About a year ago, during worship at Life Church, St. Charles - God placed this in my heart and gave me the certainty that this is the best way to add value and to serve.

We  help each other, we pray for each other and we could be very helpful to each other in a very practical way.

In my experience in business and consulting, the world of sales and business is very brutal and could be very unethical and against our values.

 

So competitive, so transactional and based on my observation (8 out of 10) people in business have the wrong intentions or the wrong beliefs and mindset.

Pick any industry ….

 

They are either doing it solely for the money while their souls are suffering or they do it for prestige or someone influential has led them to that position…

Whatever the case is - these people don’t serve from the heart and they experience lack of empathy and genuine care.

 

Using deceptive techniques, lies and manipulations they justify it with beliefs like,

“If I don’t do it, someone else will make my commission” ,

“It’s a Dog Eat Dog world”,

“I must compete with my colleague who just bought a new house and a Lamborghini” .

Competition is common in this group. As well as Stress, anxiety, broken relationships, greed, pride, depression, self-sabotage, toxic ego.

 

In the second group, (1 out of 10) has good intentions and kind heart, but because of lack of knowledge, resources, and limited understanding they believe they’re forced to because “everyone is doing it”, “unfortunately that’s the only way to get paid”, “we have to play the game” and be transactional by default and learn deceptive and manipulative sales techniques and processes, because they feel the world is conditioning them and they suffer on the inside with shame and guilt and identity crisis and it definitely affects their relationships with God.

 

The third group (1 out of 10) are the brothers and sister who keep their word impeccable, don’t take things personal, always do the right thing in front of God and live their life and run their business following God’s principles and the timeless wisdom from the book of all books.

In reality all success books come from the Bible.

 

The Bible has been tested for thousands of years and hundreds of generations and the principles for long term success, peace of mind and abundance are timeless and they never fail if applied in the certain way with consistency and pure intentions.

I’m after all of these groups and I want to lead people to Christ by helping them transform and change their lifestyle and business model from transactional to relational style.

 

In this group we will share education, resources, ideas, care, support, courage, love, faith, hope, wisdom, advice, grace, mercy and we will always give all of the glory to God and we will always remain in a state of Gratitude.
